A mighty effort for Macmillan!

We were delighted to welcome Kelly Whitehouse to ArrangeMY HQ today, who was calling in to collect a rather sizeable cheque on behalf of Macmillan Cancer Support.

We were thrilled to be able to hand over nearly £10,000 to Kelly, thanks to a series of fundraising events and activities we have held in the past twelve months including a pig roast, a coffee morning, a cake sale and numerous raffles, as well as taking part in a collection outside a Worcester supermarket.

Our Chief Executive Simon explained the reason for choosing Macmillan as our designated charity:

“We asked the team to nominate the charity of their choice and then take a vote on it. Macmillan was the clear winner and since then everybody has been keen to help as much as they can.

“We’ve hosted a number of fundraising activities over the last year and everyone here has been so enthusiastic about raising money for such a worthy cause. I’m delighted that we were able to present this cheque today.”
