Aligning with
UN SDGs
We align our efforts with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs) and concentrate our improvements on the following objectives:
- Gender Equality (Goal 5)
- Clean Water and Sanitation (Goal 6)
- Sustainable Cities and Communities (Goal 11)
- Responsible Consumption and Production (Goal 12)
We have committed to the UN Climate Goal initiative and are focusing on these specific goals to guide our efforts.
Environmental Focus
We are committed to reducing the arrangeMY environmental footprint and promoting sustainability improvements across our operations.
Our initiatives include:
- Carbon Neutrality: We aim to achieve Net Zero by 2040. This involves calculating our Scope 1, 2 & 3 emissions and having effective Carbon Reduction Plans in place. We are continuously looking at further efficient environmental improvements and sustainable energy investment options.
- Waste Reduction: We prioritise reducing waste through recycling, responsible sourcing, and sharing waste reduction targets with colleagues.
- Resource Conservations: Our efforts include optimising energy use – in 2024 we proudly installed solar panels in our offices, we operate a water reduction programme and have implemented sustainable practices into our supply chain.
Social Responsibility
At arrangeMY, we are dedicated to fostering a diverse, inclusive workplace and giving back to the communities we serve:

Strong governance is crucial to our success and sustainability. Our governance framework includes:
- Ethical Practices: We adhere to the highest ethical standards in our business practices, ensuring transparency and accountability in our decision-making processes.
- Stakeholder Engagement: We actively engage with our stakeholders—employees, customers, suppliers, and board of directors—to gather feedback and improve our ESG initiatives.
- Compliance and Reporting: We regularly assess our ESG performance and report transparently on our progress, ensuring accountability and continuous improvement. We were one of the first Travel Management Companies in the UK to be awarded an ISO 14001 accreditation.
Staff & Supplier Sustainability
We have implemented Staff Sustainability KPIs to educate and empower our team in various aspects of ESG, contributing to our overall sustainability targets. These initiatives will help reduce resource pressures, enhance energy efficiency, and minimise waste.
Additionally, we have integrated a Supplier Sustainability Survey into our annual RFP process. The results will serve as a valuable resource for tracking compliance and improvement within our supply chain.
We’ve also created a comprehensive database of our suppliers’ ESG initiatives, accessible through a weblink. This resource showcases their achievements and reinforces their commitment to environmental responsibility without diluting their successes.
Corporate Principles
Our sustainable goals are registered with the SME Climate Hub. We operate around the three P’s—People, Planet, Profit—believing that our culture and mindset are essential to our success. We take pride in our high staff retention rates, as our team is critical to our ongoing achievements.
We can provide our clients with carbon reporting information on greenhouse gas emissions generated on bookings placed with arrangeMY – at present our data uses DEFRA emission conversion factors. Our partnership with Smart Carbon drives us toward excellence as we work diligently toward our Net Zero targets.
We are transitioning our fleet of company cars to hybrid or fully electric vehicles, with many already compliant.
Community & Charity Engagement
One of our proudest accomplishments is establishing an arrangeMY Charity Centre of Excellence, staffed by experts dedicated to supporting and achieving significant savings for our charity clients.
To give back to our communities, we offer all staff, flexible Volunteer Days, allowing staff to support a local charity of their choice while receiving their regular pay.
Greengage ECOsmart Agency
ACCREDITATION
The ECOsmart certification guides Travel Management Companies and Event Agencies toward sustainability through an assessment, a tailored accreditation roadmap, and clear, actionable steps. Certified agencies gain reports, certification, and marketing tools to showcase their sustainability commitment, allowing them the ability to address client inquiries, and enhance the suite of arrangeMY sustainability services. Annual ECOsmart reviews are carried out to ensure that continued leadership in sustainable practices are embedded and adhered to.
The certification provides agencies with the tools and knowledge to be able to support clients with any ESG-specific support
