arrangeMY Wins Macmillan Event & Accommodation Contract

arrangeMY has been appointed as Macmillan Cancer Support’s preferred provider of event venue and accommodation agency services, following a highly competitive Request for Proposal (RFP) process.

The three-year framework (3 + 2 years optional extension) will see us support Macmillan’s national programme of meetings, conferences, and large-scale events – from intimate leadership sessions to major conferences.

This appointment is a huge honour for our team and an exciting opportunity to work alongside one of the UK’s most loved charities, helping them continue their vital mission to support everyone affected by cancer.

Streamlining Event Management for a National Charity

Before this new partnership, Macmillan sourced venues and accommodation through multiple suppliers, a fragmented process that made consistency and visibility a challenge.

Now, through our centralised and transparent service model, Macmillan’s events team will have direct access to:

• Expert venue sourcing for meetings, training sessions, and gala dinners
• Dedicated account management and supplier coordination
• Data-led reporting and cost optimisation
• Scalable event support for every occasion
