arrangeMY Secures CITB Contract

We are thrilled to announce that arrangeMY has been re-awarded the Construction Industry Training Board (CITB) Apprenticeship Accommodation and Travel Services contract. This significant achievement follows a competitive tender process, securing our role for the next five years, with the option to extend for an additional three years.

Having successfully managed CITB’s accommodation and travel needs since 2019, we are proud to continue our trusted partnership. Our proprietary technology, Amber Portal, will play a key role in streamlining accommodation and travel coordination within the partnership, supported by our dedicated offline apprenticeship consultants.

Enhancing the Apprentice Travel Experience

This contract ensures that CITB apprentices across England, Scotland, and Wales benefit from seamless accommodation provisions and efficient travel arrangements to and from various educational hubs and training facilities. Additionally, this strategic alliance includes CITB’s Travel to Train grant, supporting all CITB-registered employers with apprentices in training. With approximately 85 active training locations, this partnership continues to enhance the travel experience for aspiring apprentices nationwide.

CITB conducted a comprehensive two-stage tender procurement process, ultimately selecting arrangeMY as their trusted travel management partner. A CITB spokesperson commented:
