arrangeMY is pleased to confirm we have been re-awarded the travel management contract for Stephenson College (part of Loughborough College Group), following a competitive tender process. This agreement will support the 2025–26 academic year, with a focus on the College’s apprenticeship programme and safeguarding-led travel solutions.

 

This partnership continues at an important moment in the organisation’s journey, with SMB College Group, comprising Stephenson, Melton and Brooksby colleges, recently merging with Loughborough College. Together, they are poised to become one of the largest education entities in the country, committed to driving student success, community links, and economic growth across Leicestershire.

 

Supporting Apprentices through Tailored Accommodation and Travel

 

arrangeMY’s role will be to provide bespoke accommodation and travel management aligned to the apprenticeship curriculum. These arrangements will primarily support learners based at the Stephenson Campus in Coalville, where students across engineering, construction, and motor vehicle trades require regular overnight stays.

Hotel selection is governed by clear priorities:

 

• Value for money
• Proximity to the College campus
• Proven quality of service
• Full alignment with safeguarding and duty of care protocols
• Detailed safeguarding responsibilities set out in the Service Level Agreement.
