- 14% reduction in hotel rates: We introduced new hotels into the local rate programme and implemented a preferred hotel listing with client-specific negotiated rates
- Parking savings: Renegotiated existing rates to include car parking, which had previously been charged per night. This saved £17.5K in parking fees in the first year alone
