At the end of 2016 the company awards were awarded, voted by everyone at arrangeMY.
The winners were as follows,
The Best Newcomer Award – Will Brooks – Will was found to be the best newcomer within the company in 2016.
Most Improved Colleague Award – India Prodger – This award is given to someone who the team think has come on “leaps and bounds” in their role.
Most Cheerful Colleague – Ian Pardoe – Ian was found to be the most cheerful in the office this year.
The Unsung Hero Award – Sophie Holtom – This award is given to someone the team felt doesn’t always get the recognition which they deserve.
The Made a Difference Award – Gary Davies – This award is given to someone the team feels has made a difference in addition to their expected role/position in the company.
