Our Process

#1 Discussion of Brief

We will gain a full understanding of your project and agree the best way of executing it, considering the delegate profile, key stakeholders, ROI and management reporting.

#2 Project Planning

As an experienced training administration service, we will propose a full project and implementation plan for discussion and sign off.

#3 Project Implementation

Once everything is signed off, we will prepare all the comms, identify the training needs, venues / locations and create the Training Calendar.

#4 Project Execution
Once you are happy with the Comms and the Training Calendar, we will execute the project in full, regularly checking back with you to review feedback and areas for development.
